SHIPPING: All product is shipped with a tracking number - either Priority Mail, UPS, DHL or FED EX. Orders are normally shipped within two business days. We will contact you if there is to be a delay. Please call or e-mail for rush deliveries. We will do our best to accomodate your desires. Our normal shipping and handling is based on regular freight rates for product shipped to the United States. Some products will have an additional fee, but we will try to notify you if that is the case. International customers please contact us for shipping information.
RETURN POLICY: We have confidence that you will be pleased with our products. We do carry a "No questions asked" 30 days return policy. If you return your product for any reason other than for a damaged item, you, the customer, must pay the return shipping. The cost you paid for the product will be refunded or applied to the purchase of a new item, whichever pleases you. Please call or e-mail us in advance of any return so that we will know to expect it and how to handle the refund or credit. If your item is damaged we will pay return shipping, and replace the item or refund your purchase as above. Please call within 5 business days of your receipt for a return authorization. We may ask that you keep the packaging while we make claims on damaged items.
