Because items are one of a kind and offered for sale at other venues, it is possible that an item may not be available when you order it.  We will contact you and make sure that no charges appear on your credit card.

 SHIPPING RATES:

 Unless otherwise stated, the cost of shipping within the 48 contiguous states is included in the item price.  Please contact us for rates on items that require special packing, or that are being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or out of the United States.

To keep cost at a minimum, shipping is done using USPS Parcel Post with confirmation service.  We may choose to send larger boxes by UPS or FedEx.  If you desire a faster or a particular service, please contact us. 

 Canada:  Your card will be charged an additional $5.00 for delivery.

 Europe:  Your card will be charged an additional $20.00. 

 Please email before purchasing for any other shipping options.

All product is shipped with delivery confirmation service.  Orders are normally shipped within two business days.  We will contact you if there is to be a delay.  Please call or email for rush delivery rates. 

RETURN POLICY: We have confidence that you will be pleased with our products. We do carry a "No questions asked" 30 days return policy. If you return your product for any reason other than for a damaged item, you, the customer, must pay the return shipping. The cost you paid for the product will be refunded or applied to the purchase of a new item, whichever pleases you. Please call or e-mail us in advance of any return so that we will know to expect it and how to handle the refund or credit.

If your item is damaged we will pay return shipping, and replace the item or refund your purchase as above. Please call within 5 business days of your receipt for a return authorization. We may ask that you keep the packaging while we make claims on damaged items.
